Get to know who will help your child grow. About Georgia Hello, my name is Georgia Swinton. I have three wonderful children. I own and operate a family home childcare in beautiful Laurel, Maryland. I am a licensed childcare provider and provide childcare for up to, but never to exceed 8 children at any one time. I’m C.P.R and first aid certified. I opened my home and began caring for children in November of 2010. I am extremely proud of the reputation that we have built over these past years under the name of Dorothy Sinclair’s Family Child Care Program, and I look forward to continue serving families and their children for many years to come.
